BE PREPARED

We’d like to take this opportunity to remind our members that preparation is the key to a quick recovery after a disaster strikes.  This is not limited to areas prone to hurricanes; it also applies during floods, ice storms and other natural disasters.  In order to have the most rapid access to your funds, please consider taking the following steps:

1)     Contact your employer and enroll in Direct Deposit.  Victims of Hurricane Katrina had immediate access to their funds when they utilized this valuable feature along with an ATM / Debit Card.

2)     Enroll in our EZ Access telephone banking system.  It will allow you to verify balances and get information on items clearing your accounts. For an EZ Access enrollment form, click here

3)     Enroll in Virtual Branch, our Home Banking system.  You can pay your bills online, check balances and much more.  For a Virtual Branch enrollment form, click here.

4)     To locate one of  3,951 locations nationwide where you can access your account to obtain cash, make deposits and general inquiries on your account, bookmark the National Credit Union Service Center location page, www.cuservicecenter.com and telephone number 1-800-919-CUSC (2872).

While we hope that you never have to utilize these tools in response to a disaster, we feel better knowing you have them at your fingertips if needed.
