WANTED TO SAY CONGRATULATIONS ON ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL
YEAR FOR ECU! IT'S BEEN ALMOST 37 YEARS SINCE I
JOINED AND ECU HAD TWO SMALL OFFICES AND TWO
EMPLOYEES IN OUR CORPORATE OFFICES...THE MANAGER AND
THE SECRETARY. AND LOOK AT YOU NOW!! ALSO WANTED TO
SAY HELLO FROM MICHIGAN TO ANY AT THE ANNUAL MEETING
WHO MAY REMEMBER JACKIE FROM CLEARWATER ~ AND TO
ALSO SAY WHAT A COMFORT TO STILL BE BANKING WITHOUT
ANY PROBLEMS OR HITCHES WITH ECU FROM 1500 MILES
AWAY! THANKS TO YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF! HAVE A SUPER
ANNUAL MEETING ~ AND, OF COURSE ~ ANOTHER SUPER YEAR

husband and I have been banking with ECU for over 22 years. We needed to
purchase a car. We started shopping around for a pre-owned car as we
felt new cars were out of our price range. Recently, when the Air
conditioner in our 16 year old car died, we really got serious and
called ECU Auto Advisors for help, gave a wish list and
a price range. Auto Advisors immediately searched for pre-owned cars in our price
range and new cars. They convinced me that, for about $1,000.00 more we
could actually buy a new car. My husband felt that, this deal was too
good to be true, but we made arrangement to meet at the Toyota
dealership to test drive the car. Auto Advisor met us there, and she made it
happen, as she promised. We are now the proud owners of a 2007 Toyota
Corolla, something we would not or could not have done without an Auto
Advisor or
the ECU. My husband said: "This has been the best car buying experience

I have been a member of the ECU for
25 years. I want to say that in this time of computer automation it is
so refreshing to hear a kind and helpful voice on the phone. I enjoy
going to the ECU office where they know your name and enjoy helping you
or just having a short conversation with you.

"In today's fast paced work environment, it is rare to experience
the kind of customer service that I received from the ECU STX Credit
Union just a few months ago. It was last September while working
for the Store Projects Department that I received news that I would be
transferring to a job in the STX SSC. Through out the excitement
of the move I had a very small amount of time in which to buy a new
vehicle, as I would be turning in my company car. Three days
before beginning my new job, I found the perfect car, and we made
arrangements to finance it through the credit union. It was late
on Friday afternoon and I surely thought that this would not be done
until the coming Monday or Tuesday. When unexpectedly, I received
a call from Carrie asking me to verify some information....it was 6:00
p.m. on Friday afternoon. Wow! She worked late into the
evening to get the deal done that night. Needless to say I picked
up my car that night, and was ready to start my new position the Monday
morning. In fact when the hustle and bustle of
the SSC gets to be a little too much, I stop by the credit union because
I know that I'll get a friendly smile and maybe even a laugh or
two. It is obvious that they enjoy working together and serving
the folks around here. I know that I'm not the only one that feels
fortunate to have these two friendly faces as part of our family."
