Application process

Step 1:  Complete and submit the appropriate Visa Application (click here, review the disclosures, and select Apply For Credit Card) online application, entering Visa Credit Card as the purpose.

• Note: Please use cap locks.
• Note: Review and select the submit button once the application is complete.
• Note: You must be 18 years old and eligible for membership to apply .
• Note: If you are unable to access the online application, click here to submit an Email Loan Request Form.

Step 2:  ECU reviews the application and contacts you either by mail or telephone if any information is missing or requires verification.

Step 3:  Within one business day of submitting your application, ECU will contact you with our credit decision and closing instructions, if your Visa Application is approved.
