Mobile Money
Mobile Money is a secure, convenient way to access your bank accounts anytime, anywhere using your mobile device. Mobile Money is Free when you sign up for e-Statements
What you need to get started:
- An eligible Virtual Branch account
- A mobile device that can send and receive text messages and/or has access to the Internet
- Access by clicking the self service tab, and then clicking on the Mobile Money link
How secure is Mobile Money?
We safeguard your personal information using multiple security measures, including authentication, encryption, and more. For added security, if your phone is ever lost or stolen, just contact us through Customer Service 1-800-382-2400 and we will deactivate your phone.
How do I sign up?
- Log on to Virtual Branch Online Banking.
- Click the Self Service Tab
- Click the Mobile Banking (Mobile Money) Link under Additional Services.
- Accept Terms and Conditions and click Continue
- Select the account you wish to manage on Mobile Banking
- Enter the cellular number of the phone which you are registering and click Continue
- Select the level of service from Mobile Banking (Text Messaging with or without Alerts and/or Mobile Browsing) and click Continue (Texting and Browsing charges may be assessed by your Cell phone Provider, only select Mobile Browsing it you have a web enabled phone)
- Mobile Money will send you a text message with an activation code.
- Once you receive the activation code enter it into the activation code in online banking.
Please remember to Text and Mobile Browse responsibly; you should never text and/or browse while driving.
