About ECU Credit Union

In June 1963 employees and their families of Eckerd Drug Company and its subsidiaries formed a cooperative known as Eckerd Credit Union. Your credit union is governed by elected officials from our field of membership. These elected officers set policy as well as enforce regulations and bylaws in the operation of the credit union.

ECU Credit Union a Division of Eckerd Credit Union is a non-profit organization offering the benefit of low cost service to its members. To accomplish this purpose, your credit union operates on the basis of this objective:
The ECU Credit Union a Division of Eckerd Credit Union Exists to Provide Convenient Services, Value and Education to Assist Our Members in Achieving Financial Health and to Meet Their Financial Needs in a Friendly and Personal Way.
Convenient services with competitive dividends and interest rates are the prime responsibility of your credit union. Your accounts are safe with us since they are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration.

Today ECU Credit Union membership consist primarily of employees of Drug stores and their family members; though we have starting growing within the communities closest to our Florida branch locations in Largo, FL and Orlando, FL.
