What has exceeded your expectations banking with ECU Credit Union?: I had an issue with my VISA card yesterday and could not resolve it with the people at VISA. I called ECU, forgetting that Florida was in imminent danger of Hurricane Idalia. (I live in upstate New York). This morning Darlene called me and she quickly resolved the issue.
I know Darlene has been a dedicated associate for many years, and I appreciate her kindness in this matter.

Their team is a pleasure to work with, they turn things around quickly, and their rates are competitive. The reason I have banked with ECU for twenty years is because they treat you more like family than simply a customer.
